Return & Refund Policy – Flat Six Studio

1. General

All Flat Six Studio products are made to order specifically for you. This means we do not keep items in stock, and each product is uniquely produced upon request.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

Under EU law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for custom-made products, an exception applies: these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.

3. Quality Issues or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notifyus within 7 days of receipt.

Always include clear photos of the issue along with your order number.

We will review your claim and aim to respond within 3 business days.

If the claim is justified, you will receive either a replacement product or a refund.

4. Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds if the wrong size has been ordered or if you simply change your mind.
