Shipping Policy – Flat Six Studio

At Flat Six Studio, everything revolves around design, passion, and precision. The same applies to our shipping. Below you’ll find our policy, clear and transparent.

Shipping Costs

We apply a flat shipping rate of €5.95 (incl. VAT) per order, regardless of the number of products. This is for orders below €100,-.

Orders from €100,- will be shipped for free.

 

Delivery Times

Our products are made to order.

Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days.

Shipping time within the EU: typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

In total, you can expect delivery within approximately 5–12 business days.

Returns & Damages

Each product is created with the utmost care. Still, mistakes can happen.

If you receive a damaged product or an order with a defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind.

Return costs in the case of damages or defects are not charged to you.

Shipping Area

Flat Six Studio ships exclusively within the European Union. Orders outside the EU cannot be processed.

VAT & Duties

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Since we only ship within the EU, you will pay no additional duties or unexpected fees upon delivery.
