Welcome to Flat Six Studio. By placing an order in our webshop, you agree to the terms below. We keep them short, clear, and transparent.

2. Products

All posters and prints are made to order.
Product photos are shown as accurately as possible, but colors may slightly differ due to screen settings. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products or collections at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

An order is final once payment has been received. All prices include VAT, excluding a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.95 per order for orders below our free shipping level. Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout. Flat Six Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected misuse or incorrect information.

4. Shipping

Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days (total 5–12 business days).

Shipping costs: flat rate of €5.95 per order for orders below our free shipping level.

We only ship within the European Union.
Flat Six Studio is not liable for carrier delays.

5. Returns and Damages

As all products are made to order, there is no standard right of withdrawal.
Returns are only accepted in case of damage or production defects. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt at info@flatsixstudio.com You will receive either a free replacement or a full refund.

Return costs for damages or defects will be covered by us.

6. Intellectual Property

All Flat Six Studio designs, posters, and prints are protected by copyright.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or commercially use our works without prior written permission.

7. Liability

Flat Six Studio is not liable for indirect damages such as carrier delays or minor color differences between screens and print. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
